Xi, yes. But not Putin, as The Squad (the Communists in Congress) voted, WITHOUT EXCEPTION to give Ukraine the $40B.

It was only several dozen CONSERVATIVES (led by Rand Paul) who voted against that bill. I support this group, by the way.
