This “Open” position is a bunch of BS. FINA is chickenshit.
They should insist on a DNA test for each competitor. Let the DNA test determine which races they will compete in. No “Open” class, no fooling around, no accommodation.
Each competitor will be XX or XY and that should be the rule. Period.
