Who cares? The problem between Russia and Lithuania is that you need to transit through the latter to get into Kaliningrad which is a rather populous city and a center of auto industry.
Lithuania for some reason decided that it has to expand the EU sanctions on cargoes hauled between mainland Russia and Kaliningrad, including metal, vehicles and construction materials.
It is obviously not acceptable for a major city and auto manufacturing.
Hence, lifting the blockade is required, NATO or not.
The Lithuanian military is not really an obstacle, the British and US contingents aren’t very impressive as well and can be disarmed and interned, then peacefully handed back to the countries of origin.

Didn’t know about this aggressive action, too bad for Lithuania, one would think they’d learn from what Ukraine tried to pull off.

I still baffles me that Germany has more of a stake in the region than the U.S. and UK, and not only are deafening with their silence, but continue to buy natural gas from Russia.
