“Lithuania for some reason decided that it has to expand the EU sanctions on cargoes hauled between mainland Russia and Kaliningrad, including metal, vehicles and construction materials.”

Didn’t know about this aggressive action, too bad for Lithuania, one would think they’d learn from what Ukraine tried to pull off.
