WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (KUTV) — The accused killer of her father has been arrested, but she believes the parolee suspect should have already been in prison. “He was a great guy, very quiet, very soft spoken,” said Kim Dixon of her beloved father, 82-year-old Farrell Bartschi. “Just a sweet guy.” This Father’s Day weekend, she is missing her dad, but after eight months since his death, the accused killer—Noel Munoz Lopez—is finally in custody. On a morning last October, Farrell Bartschi was on his daily walk in the neighborhood of 4200 West 3800 South in West Valley.

If it had been my daughter’s murderer he would not ever have to worry about Prison ever again..
He’d have been in prison had he been a Trump supporter...
Hopefully a death sentence or life in jail with no chance of parole will take the “Happy Noel” out of his life.
Noel ran back to old mehico. Don’t worry though, Governor cox says Utah is a welcoming state. Don’t worry about immigration status. Law enforcement knows you won’t “come out of the shadows” if they actual enforce. Plenty of chances to blend right in.

It was the 82 year old father who got murdered. As someone once said: “They’re not sending their best”.
