Larry is it? You are on a first-name basis with him? Then I’m sure you know he is one of the original advocates of a “Living Constitution,” meaning it should be malleable to reflect the whims and attitudes of any given moment, the intent of the document be damned.
As for a video, I was commenting on the article. I assume if he made the comment on CNN you’d find a video there, unless CNN pulled it.
