If that car hatchetman was riding wasn’t stolen, he definitely was not homeless. Appears he was one of Zer0’s sons (I stopped the video just as he was getting out of the car. His receding hairline showed lots of brown skin (it’s not racist to say that—just the facts ma’am!).
Not saying he was homeless. But the homeless around here carry all kinds of creative edged weapons. Screwdrivers are popular because they aren’t technically weapons. And you never know when one of them might go sideways. Best to be aware of your surroundings, and armed.
