Cautious about focusing on this - as they might claim it isn’t Democrat policies being enacted that are causing the mess we are in - but that Biden has implemented them “correctly.”
Biden could be completely lucid and sharp - these policies would be causing the same exact mess.
The Democrats are getting ready to throw Joe Biden under the bus. All the failures will be solely his fault, not the fault of the Democrat Party. All I can say is that the polls must be bad.
I rarely watch Biden speak, so I do not have an opinion about his alleged stutter.
However, 80% of children who stutter completely recover normal speech by age 12.
Many of those same children begin to stutter again in old age after they have a stroke, or various other brain diseases, or have a brain injury from a fall.
If Biden is stuttering again in his old age, it is very likely that he has a brain disease or brain injury.
