Early last year I thought the plight of the J6 political prisoners was perfect litigation for Jay Sekulow’s ACLJ.

I still think so and do not understand why Sekulow doesn’t pick this low hanging fruit.

This proves that the crimes the January 6 protestors are falsely accused of would have been justified if they had actually done them.

But it is becoming more and more clear that the FIB is center stage of Deep State. I never would have thought so until their corruption was exposed in how they treated Hillary and President Trump.

A day of reckoning is coming.

If the Democrats and the anti-Trump Republicans really thought there had been an honest election in 2020, they would have created a blue-ribbon bipartisan commission to investigate all the states where sufficient cheating was alleged that would have flipped that state's electoral vote. It would have been the patriotic thing to do when half the country thought that the election was stolen.

Instead all they have done is to repeat constantly that it was an honest election and that anyone who doubts it (especially Trump) is guilty of "the big lie." Projection, as usual.

If the Republicans regain the House in the next election they could set up such an investigation but I suspect enough of them are more interested in preventing Trump from winning the 2024 election.
