Of course they are: as the Democratic Party, they are obviously the arbiters of Democracy.
The Dems always had a lazy voting group that wanted to sit home and collect government benefits. Mail out ballots changed all that and allowed them to harvest massive amounts of votes from people who could care less about voting.
Good. I never signed up for a Democracy. Neither did our founding fathers.
