According to him, there is no threat of Ukrainian troops getting surrounded in Luhansk oblast. Hayday also reported that two bridges leading to Severodonetsk had been destroyed, and the remaining third one is "old and in a critical condition", which makes it impossible for trucks to use it. In the event of the destruction of this bridge, the regional center will be cut off, said the head of the Luhansk oblast.
“There is no evacuation from Severodonetsk,” he added.
“Given recent events, the only way out of the city is on foot over the remaining bridge, because the buses can’t use it. But this is extremely dangerous.”
Hayday stressed that an organized evacuation from the town would be possible if Russia provides security guarantees.

They claim an open supply line to their troops in Severodonetsk even now. And OF COURSE these civilians could have been evacuated a week ago...or a month ago.
Why are there 500 civilians hiding in the bowels of a chemical plant?

The use of human shields is a war crime.

The Ukrainian military is taking its own citizens hostage just as they did at Avostal. They’re also shelling their own citizens in downtown Donetsk knowing the corrupt western media will spin it as Russian shelling and ignore the evidence of 155 mm shell fragments at the scene of the carnage.
Even the Nazis had enough honour left not to take their own citizens hostage in the final days, but nothing NATOkraine does surprises me anymore. They’re an army led by weasels and war criminals.

The third bridge was destroyed yesterday - there are 300+450 foreign fighters in the industrial area, they can swim the river is need be. There are no heavy weapons with those troops.
The Ukrainian military is once again using human shields, they have been committing war crimes throughout this which the Western media continues to ignore.
There’s as much chance of that than there is of holding the opponents of upholding the natural born citizen clause responsible for the destruction caused by the Kenyanesian Usurpation parts 1, 2 and 3.
Severodonetsk - the city part were the people used to live is entirely in Orc hands they can only get out - the few that remain - with the assistance of the Orcs. And those that wanted to leave, left a long time ago.

As an aside, it looks like the Ukrainians have elected to make a stand in a major power plant in the south rather than let the Russians take it intact.
