The problem with Section 1 is that Trump's red tsunami of patriot supporters need to fix in 2022 elections is that we do not have a G-d-fearing Congress, likewise for some state legislatures, that will make Section 1 work.
In fact, patriots are reminded that they must vote twice this election year. Your first vote is to primary career RINO incumbents. Your second vote is to replace outgoing Democrats and RINOs with Trump-endorsed candidates.

Here is the text in question:
123467. (a) Notwithstanding any other law, a person shall not be subject to civil or criminal liability or penalty, or otherwise deprived of their rights under this article, based on their actions or omissions with respect to their pregnancy or actual, potential, or alleged pregnancy outcome, including miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion, or perinatal death due causes that occurred in utero.
It does not allow killing of live born babies. It is bad in so many other ways that the killing live, born babies becomes a distraction from all the other issues. And the perinatal clause is BAD, but it doesn't say what people are claiming.
