I don't seem to remember much about this in past years - the previous two were muted because of COVID. But this year LinkedIn seems to me particularly nasty. One poster basically issued a sneering taunt to "homophobes," which I promptly reported as against the rules. I have no idea what happened to her post since I was immediately disconnected from seeing the results to the post.
I reported one such post as "sexual content" and my post was promptly removed as "against community guidelines."
LinkedIn has been throroughly sodomized. I'm getting off as soon as possible. It's the FaceBook of professional networking now.
It always was except it was a way to post your resume in front of potential employers. I still use it, even though I'm retired, just so I can stay in contact with friends I made while employed with certain places.
