Well, that was quick. As far as I can tell, the police have no evidence of a “conspiracy to riot.” The arrests were not based on prior intelligence of a conspiracy, but on a chance report of what someone saw in a parking lot. The group could claim that the “riot gear” was for self-defense, and that they had planned to peacefully protest the event. The group did not appear to have any guns, clubs, or bricks, things that would be used to “riot” or physically harm people.

I looked for Alexander Nicholai Sisenstein, and could only find his name on the link below, after adjusting the search to not include recent entries. 2 responses from Google, one from Norfolk (VA) high school and one from Fredericksburg (also VA) Democratic Socialists of America. Interesting background for a ‘white supremacist’.
