The most important election integrity document is the voter roll. It tells election officials who is eligible to vote. It controls to who and where automatic vote by mail ballots are sent. Inaccurate voter rolls leads to chaos in elections.
Clean and accurate voter rolls are essential to free and fair elections.
The Public Interest Legal Foundation, of which I am President, has sued Secretaries of State across the country to remove deceased and duplicate registrants from the voter rolls. In Pennsylvania, we won litigation that resulted in removing over 20,000 deceased registrants from the voter rolls. We have similar ongoing litigation in Michigan to remove over 25,000 deceased registrants from the voter rolls.
Now, we are exposing New Jersey’s disastrous voter rolls.
Over 8,000 New Jersey residents managed to become registered twice or more under variations of their names. One individual was even registered six times. These duplicate registrations make it possible for a person to cast more than one ballot and extremely troubling when elections are held by mass vote by mail.
Additionally, New Jersey has over 2,000 registrants who are 105 years old or older. These thousands of registrants aged well beyond 100 years deserve closer examination. With the average life expectancy in New Jersey being just over 80 years old, it is safe to say that most of these registrants are likely deceased and need to be removed from the voter roll.
For example, one of these registrants is Patrick DePaola. He worked for 50 years as a printer for The New York Times. He died over a decade ago but remains an active voter today on New Jersey’s rolls.

“Now, we are exposing New Jersey’s disastrous voter rolls.”
Disastrous voter rolls is the Democrats friend.
Next step. Deport every illegal alien in America. No illegal aliens goes a long way to election integrity.
As the Supreme Court said after the last presidential election, “nothing here, move along”.
“sued Secretaries of State across the country to remove deceased and duplicate registrants from the voter rolls.”
Hey give the Democrats a break because they can’t win an election without support from their dead voters.
Not only do dead Democrats vote, in Lake County, IN, they vote twice!
On my Official Sample Ballot (NV) it says the following:
WARNING
A person who is entitled to vote shall not vote or attempt to vote more than once at the same election. Any person who votes or attempts to vote twice at the same election is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
NRS 193.130 states the following re: Category D felony:
(d)A category D felony is a felony for which a court shall sentence a convicted person to imprisonment in the state prison for a minimum term of not less than 1 year and a maximum term of not more than 4 years. In addition to any other penalty, the court may impose a fine of not more than $5,000, unless a greater fine is authorized or required by statute.
“free and fair elections”
How quaint.
That is like bank robbers talking about “integrity in banking”.
The only thing that would truly work at this point is going through the voter rolls one person at a time.
Cleaning them up and then voting old school. Paper ballots. Under armed/National Guard personnel. Every box secured the second the polls close and no counting anything until the next day. Every precinct reports its numbers at the same time.
No signaling who is short, who is falling behind. No ballot boxes found the next day in the trunk of a car.
The Democrats would take an old school a$$ whooping if that happened. Sure, they’d maintain seats in the urban areas and the bluest of locales, but they’d be in the legit minority in many, many places.
Hence, the obvious fraud.
“free and fair elections”It has the same phoniness ring to it as "fair and balanced".How quaint.
How about purging the rolls and starting over? Everybody must re-register.
Gets rid of the dead and imaginary voters. It will take years for the Democrats to accumulate a new set.
It is easier to register for voting right now than to register for various welfare programs.
Perfectly perfect alternative to what I wrote.
Democrats would have collective strokes.
And I’m certainly ok with that. Sorry, not sorry to any of you who liberal family members.
In Texas, almost everyone gets to vote, even if they are not on the voter rolls. The only way you don’t get to vote is if you say you are not registered to vote, and then walk away after being told you cannot vote. For those not on the rolls, but stating that they should be, there are provisional ballots, which are kept separate until eligibility is confirmed. For those without state legislated ID, there is a provisional ballot. For those who have changed address but not updated with the voter register, there are provisional ballots. It is very easy to vote in Texas. How the provisional ballots are handled after they leave the polls is beyond what I know for a fact.
There are 2 audits done re voting in pa. One ordered by bookvar via auditor General. Which bookvar then told her staff to not cooperate with the auditors. It shows that the enrollment and maintenance of the SURE voter roles are not done accurately or timely. You can get a dump of the data by county for about $20 the data shows about 20k more votes than voters updated for Delco and montco. None of the people should be allowed anywhere near a computer system or a voting system.
Be leery of that “RED WAVE” propaganda.
A Republican better not try to vote twice or the felony charges will be brought. For Dems, crickets.
Bttt.
5.56mm
They don’t need to clean up the rolls to prevent cheating. In pa they don’t even update the SURE system for the active voters who vote.
If the Communist Party could not cheat they would never win another election in America.
hanamizu…..post 40….has it right
But since they don’t update anything, which I’m betting there’s a law that su they’re supposed to, nothing changes.
