No bans in this bill at all (at least from what I Saw), and that red flag law will get struck down. Let the dems think they got a win on this one.. lol.

red flag law will get struck downI believe they are law in several states.

No bans
No raising the age
No magazine limits
Funding for school security
Funding for mental health
Encourage states to enact Red Flag laws
It is not a bad agreement.
But watch Democrats sabotage it by inserting garbage into the bills.

Heck, that extra scrutiny for 18-21 year-olds will also be struck down. Federal courts and SCOTUS have already ruled on different cases and have made it clear EIGHTEEN is an adult by all intents and purposes; therefore, those who attain the age of 18 have the same rights as those who are 21, 31, or 81!
Just as it should be! The only difference which I have seen is where medical/health is involved (like smoking which can cause worse, longer-term issues when started at a younger age, etc.).
Honestly, this is nothing more than another government hand-out to the States - PERIOD! We are going to give you money to do the things we WANT you to do, but do not have the Constitutional authority to MAKE you do! F-EM!
