Two days before the second anniversary of Rayshard Brooks’ death, the two Atlanta police officers charged in the 27-year-old’s shooting filed federal lawsuits alleging they were falsely arrested and their constitutional rights were violated.
Attorney Lance LoRusso filed the lawsuits late Friday on behalf of Garrett Rolfe and Devin Brosnan, the officers who attempted to arrest Brooks in the parking lot of an Atlanta Wendy’s. Named as defendants are the city of Atlanta, Fulton County, former Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms and former DA Paul Howard, who brought criminal charges against both men days after the shooting.
Former Fulton County Assistant DA Clint Rucker and Donald Hannah, a former criminal investigator for the DA’s office, are also named in the suits. Former Atlanta police chief Erika Shields is named as a defendant only in Rolfe’s lawsuit.

Don’t worry about the innocent civilian who might be robbed, raped, or murdered. They would be with the mob calling for your head if you used force.
Retire if you can. Quit if you can. Ride around with Radio Off and Blinders on if you have to. Those of us who support you can defend ourselves and what is ours. The Feral Animals will thin out the weak and Snowflakes eventually.

They want the street thugs to take over, as they already have in most democrat-run cities.

A cop once told me, when discussing the government-supported “bad part of town” in a nearby city, that it would be best to just fence it in, throw crack and guns over the fence every Friday night, and within three months we could bulldoze the place and build a shopping center. He was right.
Leave a case of 9MM on every street corner and occasionally a box of .25 Auto for Old School Pimps.

Now lets see if the law slows down the Feds and their maniacal goal to convict every cop who tries to arrest a black person.
Sounds like the Uvalde Police Force is way ahead of you in that respect.
I doubt the feds will go after the 2 police officers in this case. The APD backed them and gave them desk jobs after the incident.
