In Bidens defense, what happened to the protesters was a clear flagrant violation of THEIR Constitutional Rights. Still in jail without a trial. Unarmed woman who presented no danger to the officer was murdered. Another violation. So, he’s not wrong but he is wrong in his context.
Instead of shooting her he could have simply walked up and pushed her back out of the door when she first started climbing in.
