The so-called court in Donetsk has sentenced to death foreign volunteers who fought with Ukraine against Russia's aggression – one Moroccan and two Britons, according to reports in Russian media.
UK citizens Shaun Pinner, Aiden Aslin and Moroccan Saadun Brahim were charged with being mercenaries and participating in operations aimed at seizure of power and overthrow of the so-called constitutional order of the so-called "Donetsk People's Republic", which is not recognized by anyone but Russia.
According to the media, the foreign volunteers surrendered.
Interesting in that there appears to be hundreds of foreigners fighting on both sides.
Guess it will be a so-called death.

They’re making a mistake. If you want people to surrender, you take them in, put them in almost hotel-like accommodations and feed them well. Then let them call home, their comrades, etc. That way the word gets back to the front and instead of fighting to the death because death is what will happen anyway, soldiers will be inclined to surrender. Think about it. You’re on the front line, surrounded. What happens if you surrender? Death? Okay then, I’ll just take as many Russians with me as I can.
The Wagner group are mercenaries in every meaning of the word.
Unpaid foreign volunteers in UAF are inducted into the UAF and subject to Geneva Convention and laws of war.
