These are single wide houses, these are double or triple wides, most look like a stick build home

Been looking at a modest 1200 sq ft double wide as a retirement home on daughter’s farm. The home,site prep, utility hook ups, septic, etc. would, even with free land, run $200K. Still $100K cheaper than a comparable stick built in my part of SC.
