Russia, Turkey back plan to export grains; Ukraine doubtful

Russia and Turkey voiced support Wednesday for a safe corridor in the Black Sea to allow Ukrainian grain exports, but Kyiv rejected the proposal, saying it was not credible. The European Union accused Moscow of “weaponizing” food supplies to gain an advantage in the war.

Russia also demanded that Ukraine remove mines from the Black Sea and both Moscow and Ankara said the West should ease sanctions on Moscow to allow the export of Russian grains amid an escalating world food crisis. While food exports are technically exempt from the sanctions, Russia claims that restrictions on its ships and banks make it impossible to deliver its grain to global markets.

Ukraine is one of the world’s largest exporters of wheat, corn and sunflower oil

“Tens of millions of our co-citizens and co-patriots found themselves outside Russian territory.”

LOL, “found themselves outside”... more like they VOTED to separate from Russia because they were sick of living under their bootheels.

What is wrong with my take? Any factual mistakes or what?

Yes yes. Russia wants to control the nations on its border. Just like every other nation on Earth.

“What is wrong with my take?”

Well, let’s see

* Poland isn’t obligated to “absorb” anything
* A “puppet” Pro-Russian regime was already tried in Ukraine and failed, it would just fail again and then Russia would probably feel the need to invade, yet again
* Russia won’t advocate terror attacks on the US, because that would just escalate to open war pretty much instantly
* Russia already f’ed around and found out in Nicaragua 40 years ago. I guess they forgot the lesson and need to be taught again.

Your problems is that you are both arrogant and ill-informed.

Galicia is a historical Polish territory, they are mulling NATO to send their troops to Ukraine for “peacekeeping” and also forced Ukraine to pass the bill allowing Polish nationals to hold public offices in Ukraine.
A newly minted map of the Polish railways includes Galicia as part of Poland. They even put it on the sides of their trains complete with the Polish historical names of cities and towns.
If by the Russian puppet you mean Yanukovich, nobody in Russia sees him as such. The same sources saying it said that Trump was a Russian puppet.
Who advocates terror in the US? Let’s call it freedom fighting and that is going to be okay. The US supported the Chechen uprising in Russia at the time and I don’t remember any war over it. The talk of M270 launchers in Ukraine are about terror against the Russian population centers. They have zero military sense in the theater other than for rare sporaidic attacks.
As for Nicaragua, what the events of 40 years ago have to do with modern days? Blinken says Russia has no say on the Ukrainian alliances. What say the US has on Nicaraguan alliances?

"Yes yes. Russia wants to control the nations on its border. Just like every other nation on Earth."

Russia is obviously trying to own them again for absolute control. What does the U.S.A. do with Canada and Mexico?
