I’m sure in the days of Saul of Tharsus (later known as Paul), he who helped stone Stephen to death in Acts 7:57-8:1 was spoken of in much the same manner as you are now.
The Spirit within me says to give him a chance to prove himself as Paul had to do in his day amongst those whom he persecuted and mistrusted him as well.

Any reference to this? I’ve never seen he has, perhaps he has but it would be nice to see the proof. Fair request. I'd consider it not something your boss would want to see in your search history, so be forewarned:
Video Maybe he has reformed or whatever, but he doesn't seem like congressional intern material to me, no matter who he trash talks.
To: ChicagoConservative27
Why? He doesn’t need her to get on any media outlet he wants.

Your comment is kind and I am also a believer in redemption, but that doesn't mean actions don't have consequences.
Congress may be the place for Milo to rebuild his reputation. I know us plebes wouldn't get an entry level job in most corporations with something like that in our online history.

I haven't heard anything about Milo in years. I'm just now reading from you that he claims a renewed faith in Jesus and he's cast aside his old sinful lifestyle. If it's sincere he can be a powerful ally, not just in politics but also for Christ.
I disagree with your assertion that "a sincere convert would be compelled to refrain from further involvement on the scene". History is full of people who helped society make progress after repentance. Look at Trump himself, a former pro-abortion Dim that many of us voted for after his conversion and wish he was still in the WH. Trump is a great example of being brash when we need it.
Of course, this depends on if Milo is sincere. I'm reading this morning that Milo claims to be working in a conversion therapy clinic in Florida. It'll be interesting to see how the political class handles that information -- even more interesting will be his responses.

This isn't the case of someone simply having a wrong viewpoint, or had to overcome a drug problem, cheated on a wife, etc. We're talking about a filthy pedo and homo as well as promoter of pedo-homo and promoter of homo on a graphic, detailed and sensational level, inherently from the beginning a troll, and always will be. By supporting his "sincerity" you implicitly support the idea that his level of sickness is a mere error rather than an inherent character issue, particularly of a type that is assaulting our nation on all fronts these past decades.
I think Zathras said it right. There are plenty of conservatives able to help candidates. For anyone to be fixated on supporting a sicko for this purpose is either naive or if not then outright shady.

Personally, I don’t care whether he’s gay, straight, or anything in between, although focusing on your sexuality (whatever is it) is a good way to make sure you can’t get a normal job. It’s the stuff involving kids that’s disqualifying.

Rash judgment is sinful; it’s a form of bearing false witness.
Enough said.

I’m actually worried about the representative’s family, if you want to know. I just finished trying to find an email address for her, but I’m not one of her constituents so I can’t use the handy dandy form on her site (and I don’t want to lie). The search goes on.
I feel Rep Greene is making a big mistake.

You are years behind the times. He did a public confession and renunciation of homosexuality and pedophilia and returned to Catholicism, and has spoken and written a book about it. He has been associating with other anti- or ex-gay Catholic activists. He was the teen victim of a pedophile himself, so give him the chance to try to work it out. Yup. I was initially skeptical of his conversion. Seems to have stuck with it, and making judgments about the state of his soul is way above my pay grade. Christ has done amazing things in worse folks. Paul is a great example.

He seems stable.Recovery from deep trauma takes a lifetime. We can only wish him well and hope he stays "sober" (as distinct from "gay"!)

I don’t recall that. I recall him describing what actually happens and happened to him; not advocating for it.
