Russia is in the process of enforcing the terms of Minsk I and Minsk II by force and there is nothing anyone can do to stop them. The US state dept. deliberately blew up those two agreements and doing that was of no legitimate benefit to anyone.

Pardon, but are you seriously saying that, because the U.S. State Dept. violated some agreements, that Russia is entitled to invade and attack Ukraine and wreak havoc?

I am indeed. In violation of Minsk, the US has used Ukraine as a launching pad for US weapons being fired into Donbass for eight years.
