“So that’s what Russia has to deal with - tell the 10 million Russian speakers that they’re on their own or take the needed action to ensure their safety.”

What are you yapping about? Zelensky AND Poroshenko were/are both Russian language speakers - Russian is their first language.

Furthermore, Russian language speaking is not the same as “pro-allegiance to Moscow” - no more than English speakers in Dublin are Englishmen.

“Azov battalion ended being neo-nazis in 2015.”

LOL, you’re funny. But I agree, now. To update - it was 2022, about a week ago, that the Neocons told them to get rid of their Hitler-Nazi insignias - so they’re no longer Nazis and Russian speakers are safe!

Even when it was first formed around 2014 and had less than 1000 members, less than 15% of its members expressed any support for neo-Nazi ideology. It is true their leader, Andriy Biletsky, and a few other outspoken members did push neo-Nazi, and racist ideas, but most of the members of this organization did not. In fact, at that time, many of its members actually stated they did not support such ideas. After the Azov battalion was incorporated into the Ukrainian Army, the expression and popularity of these ideas greatly declined.

The Azov Battalion was not in the Mariupol maternity hospital the Russians bombed.

The Azov Battalion was not in the bomb shelter marked “Children” that Russia bombed.

Ukrainians being kidnapped en masse by Russia are not members of the Azov Battalion.

Stop pushing Russian propaganda. Russia launched Putin’s War as a war of conquest.

Technically speaking you could always have prepared better. That’s the nature of war.

Let's look at the Nazis in Ukraine -- these are on the Russian side

Pavel Gubarev is a Ukrainian pro-Russian activist who proclaimed himself the "People's Governor" of the Donetsk Region at the Regional Assembly on 3 March 2014, after separatists seized the building. Gubarev had earlier declared himself leader of the Donbas People's Militia.

Putin's fascists: The Russian state's long history of cultivating homegrown neo-Nazis

or better yet, here's an article from 2017,

Russian Nazi “volunteers” in Donbas

By the way, better run out and grab some wood for the winter, now that it’s legal there! Otherwise, it will all be gone.

I admire your persistence, but it won’t make any difference with these duraks. To them, ‘nazi’ is anyone who is opposed to russian imperialistic expansionism. Therefore, they conclude all Ukrainians are ‘nazis’ in need of filtration, deportation and genocide, because they greeted the invaders with Javelins instead of flowers. Their bubble of self-congratulatory propaganda and conspiracy-theory paranoia is impenetrable.

Bobl Russians are getting closer to your border

Bob - geography doesn't seem to be your strong suit (just as history, logic, reading comprehension etc. arne't)

The nearst is nearly 1000 km away.

The Ukrainians have pushed back Putin's horde from Kyiv and Kharkiv - so the horde is farther away from "my border"

Do you understand how to read a map?

No need for that. Thanks to imports from Norway and the USA, we're good

Perhaps you want to go and live in Moscow and then see?

You really think that with Luhansk, Donetsk and Crimea gone, a pro-Russian candidate would stand a chance?

You're right, I didn't think of that.

Obviously math isn’t your strong subject, since if the above were true, your government wouldn’t be telling you guys that you need to forage for wood.

“Perhaps you want to go and live in Moscow and then see?”

As to Russia, I doubt they’ll have any problem with keeping warm this winter.

“The nearst is nearly 1000 km away.”

Roughly half of that, and Belarus is even closer.
