It was year ago this month a truck driver member of our small church got the fowcheeflu (he was heavy). The put him on the vent and gave him the fowchee recommended rem-death-severe, and he promptly died.
What I want to say I mussint.

Why would they focus on NY and CA? Wouldn’t it make more sense for them to focus on the red states rather than where their fellow travelers are concentrated?

Where was this? I live in an urban area of Commiefornia and I have never been asked for a vax card at a restaurant or grocery store.
