Are We Just Going to Ignore Biden's Biggest Whopper in His Shoddy Anti-Gun Address Last Night(Thursday)?

We all knew this speech would be a waste of time—and it was. It was nothing we haven’t heard during the Obama presidency with one key exception—Obama can deliver an eloquent speech. Biden just looks small. He looks like he was never meant to be president which is why he lost twice before. He’s not a guy who will ever rise to the occasion because he looks slow, weak, and stupid. In all, the speech’s theme was ‘do something—I don’t care what it is just do something.’ When the political class agrees to that theme—bad things happen. Biden tossed out statistics that are undoubtedly wrong or half true. The biggest one centered on the firearm industry.

This great industry is shielded from nonsensical lawsuits from liberal lawyers who think they can shred the Second Amendment by suing the gun manufacturers out of existence. If they had their way, every gun maker would be on trial right now. People would sue them for homicides and other gun-related events for which these companies bear no responsibility. On faulty safety defects, that’s a different story and something worthy of a lawsuit. For homicides, no—Remington didn’t sell the weapon to the criminal, and it was never meant to be used in a crime. The Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act which was passed in 2005 under George W. Bush is essential to protecting our Second Amendment.

Yet, Joe Applesauce for brains says the gun industry is “the only industry in this country that has that kind of immunity.”

You have to look no further than Big Pharma for a business that has total immunity for their covid vaccine. And their product is defective!

I think what would be newsworthy is if he said something that was true.

I’d like to sue Joe Biden for destroying this country.

See, the problem is that nobody but the left and their media watch Joey babble.

So when he tells a whopper it is almost the tree falling in the desert.

Ow ow ow! I know, manufacturers just need to classify every product “experimental”. Works for big pharma.

The Rat/Rino crowd, with their abiding love for and trust in government, are doing more each day to inform the average citizen as to the “absolute” importance of the 2nd Amendment. The left is pushing the practical and productive elements of our society closer to anarchy each day. The termites on the left are waving, like flags, tragic incidents at schools— whilst ignoring the destruction of city centers and businesses...

Remember the Edmond OK post office shootings? The news media went into their blood dance demanding handguns be banned.
Then it was found the shooter was an member of the OK National Guard and had checked out the two pistols from the armory.

Never believe anything the news media spews while doing their blood dance.

“He’s not a guy who will ever rise to the occasion because he looks slow, weak, and stupid.”

He looks slow, weak and stupid because...he is. The only difference between the younger Biden and his present self is that he used to be faster and stronger - he was ALWAYS stupid, though now he’s both stupid and senile.

FWIW, he’s also a lying SOS. His remarks over the last several months that one couldn’t buy a cannon when the 2nd Amendment was passed are outright lies. The simple fact is that the Continental Congress issued “Letters of Marque and Reprisal” during the Revolution to those who owned ships with many cannon (their own, bought with their own money) to capture or sink both British supply ships and warships. This power was incorporated into the powers of Congress in the Constitution (Article 1, Section 8), and the US Congress issued such Letters during the War of 1812 to those who, like their Revolutionary War counterparts, owned their own cannon-armed ships. So Biden is a slow, weak, and stupid bald-faced liar. Plus he’s corrupt and acts as if he’s a dictator, but those are topics for another discussion.

...the gun industry is “the only industry in this country that has that kind of immunity.”

So, if someone is maliciously injured or murdered with a garden tool, that tool company can be held responsible for the crime?

Somehow, I doubt that.

When they start confiscation, there will be a huge upswing in “AR15” deaths. The confiscation teams will be using AR15 that are truly Assault Rifles. They will have body armor, enhanced vehicles, drones overhead …. They will be overpowering to make a point. Resistance is futile. So they think.

I hate using AR15 as a weapon it’s a style.
I hate using the term Assault Rifle it’s a select fire weapon.

Yet, the Democrat party chose Joe over all the other candidates! That’s an indication that the Dems don’t have anyone worth spit to bring forward; AND that they have others running this administration. (Obama term 3?)
