Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that Russia is prepared to ensure the export of Ukrainian grain through the Russian-occupied ports of Berdiansk and Mariupol, and to guarantee the peaceful passage of grain ships to international waters from ports under Ukrainian control.
Source: Putin in an interview with the programme "Moscow. Kremlin. Putin"
Details: Putin claims that Russia is not interfering with the export of Ukrainian grain abroad and that there are several export options.
Quote: "First of all, you’re welcome to export through the ports controlled by Ukraine, the Black Sea coast - Odesa and nearby ports. It wasn’t us who mined the approach to the port, it was Ukraine that mined it. Let them clear the mines, and let the grain ships leave the port. We guarantee their peaceful passage into international waters without any problems.
They have to demine and lift the ships that were deliberately sunk in the Black Sea to make it difficult to enter these ports in southern Ukraine. We are prepared to do that, we will not make use of the demining situation to carry out any attacks from the sea.
Secondly, there is another possibility. The ports on the Sea of Azov - Berdiansk, Mariupol - are under our control. We are prepared to ensure the smooth export of Ukrainian grain, among other things, through these ports. We are finishing up our demining operations. We will take care of the necessary logistics."
Details: Putin also noted that Ukraine could export grain through Romania, Hungary or Poland.
"Yes, there are some technical problems there because the track gauge is different and the trucks need to be changed, but that's a matter of a few hours," he said.
Putin also said that exporting Ukrainian grain through Belarus is the simplest and cheapest option.
"But that means lifting the sanctions on Belarus. The President of Belarus puts the question like this. If anyone wants to solve the problem, if there is one, of the export of Ukrainian grain, then go ahead, the easiest way [is] through Belarus," said the Russian president.
Background :
- On 30 May, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that due to Russia's blockade of Ukrainian ports in the Black Sea and the seizure of the Ukrainian part of the Sea of Azov, Ukraine has been unable to export 22 million tonnes of grain in storage.
- Ukraine and its partners are discussing the possibility of establishing an international mission to unblock Ukrainian maritime exports and, as a first step, Ukraine requires Russia to withdraw its forces in the maritime waters around Ukraine and provide guarantees of non-aggression.
- Russia, for its part, says it is prepared to let ships carrying Ukrainian grain through "if Ukraine demines the ports" and in exchange for the lifting of Western sanctions. The US and the UK have said they are not going to consider such concessions.
-Alexander Lukashenko, the self-proclaimed President of Belarus, told the UN Secretary General that he was prepared to provide a "grain corridor" through Belarus to the Baltic ports, provided these ports allow Belarusian cargo to be loaded too.
Russia did recently demine a channel out of Mariupol, and just started grain exports from there.
Ukraine has chosen not to remove the mines it placed in multiple ranks around Odessa. There are negotiations about grain exports in Turkey right now between Russia and Ukraine, Russia says no problem just remove the mines then and we’ll allow it. There’s a lot of other problems to resolve around insurance and other issues to prevent hunger in Africa and the Middle East.
Anyway, the narrative about the Russian “grain blockade” is totally false now, but you still it talked about in most western articles...
Russia should affirm that Odessa will be left alone by Russia.
That would help confidence about transporting things through Odessa.
Ukraine needs to publicly commit to total mine removal including a timetable for keeping that commitment.
SURE, TRUST PUTIN/s

I believe the mines are against international law.

I propose that Putin strangle himself.
Nope. Neither Ukraine nor Russia have signed any treaties limiting the use of sea mines. They haven’t signed the Geneva Conventions either.

TRANSLATION: How Putin’s face has changed in 15 years. See the portraits of Vladimir Vladimirovich to trace how his face has changed — since 1998. Who will find different faces, write in the comments. For convenience, I have numbered the portraits. Let’s go, the test for the most attentive begins! You can show off your ability to distinguish people by photos. Not everyone can do it. Check yourself for mindfulness. The photo resolution is 3073 x 2195 pixels.
I’ll try it in order. A couple of years ago I read an article in the German Spiegel that in 2006 one of the leading German cancer centers was asked for advice from the Moscow Central Clinical Hospital regarding a biopsy of an anonymous patient. The Germans conducted an analysis, determined the form of cancer and gave the patient a maximum of 6 months. They thanked him from Russia, but refused treatment, moreover, after a while the German doctors were notified that the patient was completely healthy.
I think it is not necessary to explain that in any self-respecting state there are “genetic portraits” of the most significant persons (for this purpose, hairs, skin particles and other biomaterial are used, which inevitably leaves a living person, for example, during foreign visits). There is also a “DNA portrait” of Putin in the West, so the Germans figured out who they were talking about without the Kremlin’s pointers. And by mid-2007 at the latest, the patient should have died.
Well, now let’s see how things develop further. Since 2007, Lyudmila Putin has been going into the shadows — she no longer participates in receptions, foreign trips. No clear reasons were announced. In 2007, there was an amazing idea of Putin’s rejection of a third term in favor of Medvedev. Allegedly, all this is because of the Constitution, which prohibits a third term. But, firstly, they put it on the Constitution (for example, it prescribes the election of governors, and they have been appointed since 2004), secondly, the Constitution does not say three consecutive terms, but three terms in general, i.e. the current term of “Putin” is actually unconstitutional.
“Putin” goes into the shadows, becoming prime minister, sits in the country forever, leaving except for the CIS and the regions of Russia. There are rapid and inexplicable changes in the appearance of “Putin”, which at first are not commented on in any way, but when it becomes impossible not to notice them, a version about unsuccessful plastic surgery and botox is thrown up. “Putin” ceases to recognize old acquaintances (for example, colleagues from the KGB), no longer understands German without translation, ties up with sports (for example, skiing), often speaks at random, gets confused in the facts of his own biography, at the same time happens in different places. In addition, there are several different “Putin’s”, quite different from each other.
From all this, I conclude that the real Putin V.V. most likely either died or has been incapacitated for the last 5-6 years.Initially, a soft transit of power to Medvedev was planned, but he showed his absolute incompetence, so I had to reincarnate the image of Pu again, since modern technologies allow it to be done. For example, in the 90s, TV showed video reports of EBN’s trips and meetings while he was lying under a drip in the hospital for months.
This also explains the oddities with the divorce. After all, all dogs are traditionally hung on former leaders in Russia, and in order to protect the spouse from future troubles, she was “divorced” ahead of time — now she and the children have nothing to do with “Putin”.
Mr. Putin has been in the public eye since 1999, although the less general public has seen him before - when he worked in Mr. Sobchak’s administration. Therefore, in general, the period of video capture of GDP (that is, the availability of photo documents for this person) covers almost 20 years. Having photos of a person in 20 years on hand, it is not very difficult to detect substitution.
On the website, with photos, four completely different people are depicted. They have a different shape of the skull (the width of the eye sockets, the shape of the chin, the shape of the zygomatic bones), they have a different volume of soft tissues and cartilage of the face (wings of the nose, lips, cheeks), they have different hair borders (scalp and eyebrows), they have different eye color, they have different gaze expression.
What to say just about photos, when on the official websites of the government, photos are clearly of different people: A good thing is an Internet search engine. On request, “Putin photo” you can get 100500 photos. Here is Putin V.V. with Sobchak. But it is not interesting to compare Putin with Sobchak. It is much more interesting to compare Putin with Putin. And if you level the portraits in height and assemble them in pairs for convenience, then it’s an entertaining sight at all: In the last photo on the left, Vladimir Putin takes the presidential oath in 2000, on the right, he is now tearful from the results of the vote in 2012. And you: “Russia without Putin”, “Russia without Putin”. Yes, looking at such paired photos, the first thought is “The Tsar is not real!”.
You can argue for as long as you want about the shape of the ears, reflect on the properties of botox and the effects of hormone therapy. But something tells me that Pelevin was not so wrong in his “General P” and the media are able to inspire us with anything; there is a president, there is no president, what difference does it make — the main thing is a picture. And just like Pelevin, the question of who gives the order to the media is open. His family members have also been gone for a long time. And the pictures are still interesting, yes.
The photos and videos provided by the official Kremlin after 2000 show at least four people, each of whom is more or less similar to Vladimir Putin. As a maximum (and it is most likely) there are generally six completely different people who are being passed off as Putin.
Russia is being destroyed by Putin’s doppelgangers
I guess it will make more sense to stop food shipments to “teach that bastard a lesson”...
It’s known he uses doubles and the guy in #15 is definitely not Pooty. #3 is iffy, as well.
But that’s a security practice and I would not jump to the conclusion that he’s dead unless he suddenly changes his voice or starts acting like an actual human being. That would be suspicious....lol.
