Maybe. Picked up around lunch time on Friday. Will he be magistrated today, or Monday morning? Where? Was he picked up in DC? If not, will he be held until he is transferred to DC?

These subpoenas were issued with bipartisan support in committee. To have a Civil war you need two sides. Clearly, we don’t have that right now.

It is a message. If they detain Navarro in solitary without a court date in site like they did the rest of the Jan 6 crowd, then that is also a message.
if the FBI questioned Navarro, he could refuse to talk to them or demand to see his lawyer before speaking to them. But a partisan, rigged Congress committee can search without warrants or probable cause?
Both sides? These subpoenas were approved with bipartisan support in committee. McCarthy had months to kick the Quislings out the GOP caucus. He never did. Who knows how much intel they have been feeding Pelosi from GOP caucus meetings.
The DOD and the Military are swishing in lock step with the dems.

I started reading and could not stop. Navarro lays out a sound rejection of the legality and biases of the “committee “ as well as identifying the election fiasco that led to the protests.
Navarro is smart and tough! The “committee” may get much more than they wished for.

Navarro is now a private citizen. Congress has no Constitutional authority to subpoena a private citizen.
