I think my company did it right by maxing out by requiring remote work agreements from the beginning and maxing them out at 6 months. Some units went as low as biweekly.
One division head declared in mid-May that beginning June 1 they weren’t renewing anyone’s agreement. People squeaked that they didn’t have enough time to prepare. Only one person left and that was someone who had a long term career goal to work independently and just got the licensure he needed.
