In Obama's record turnout year of 2008, he got 602,166 votes in Maricopa County. Hillary did a little better in 2016, receiving 702,907 "votes" (an increase of about 100,000).

Short Bus Biden "voters" poured out of the basements of Maricopa County to cast 1,040,774 "votes" for Joek and The Ho, an increase of 400,000 over The Lightbringer in 2008, and 300,000 over Cankles in 2016.

A veritable tidal wave of "voters".

Why would any county employee be on shift to pick up ballots the day(s) after a election?

Government agencies do nothing if there is not a line item budgeting monies for that purpose.

Would mean that employees (known) would be scheduled (government document) and vehicles allocated for that line item budget for that period.

If there is no budget line specifying employees and assets for days after the election, then they were not government employees or assets that picked up the ballots.
