Confiscation plain and simple, then what is next? It doesn’t matter what is next, confiscating ANY legal gun is unwarranted and unconstitutional.
The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. The second amendment should never have been written because the Federal government has never had the power to regulate weapons. The power simply does not exist in the enumerated powers of the Federal government. So what illegal firearms can you possibly be speaking of?
