An analysis of the Census Bureau's monthly Current Population Survey (CPS) shows that the total foreign-born population (legal and illegal) in the U.S. hit 47 million in April of 2022 — a record high in American history...If present trends continue, the foreign-born share of the population will reach 14.9 percent of the U.S. population in September 2023, higher than at any time in the nation's 246-year history.

CIS and government agencies use the Census Bureau estimate, which is quietly disputed by many scholars.
According to my math, our country has about 4% of the world's population (331 million out of 7.9 billion). So even if someone believes it's somehow our responsibility to take in a portion of the migrants, we're taking in 5 times our "share". It's time for the other 96% of the world to pick up the slack.
This is what transformed California into a leftwing one party state.

Shocking, but sad to say, but it matters less than it should. I saw Watter’s World Memorial Day “young American on the street” segment, a small illustration of how we are un-Americanizing our native born completely, as well.

Ditto in New Jersey, especially north of I-195 - My wife is a “minority” born in the US - but both of us are a small minority of US-born of any ethnicity in our neighborhood which is heavily East Indian and Chinese.
Even Florida is almost full. (And I’ve been a Florida resident since 1944).
These people are probably the hope of America right now. They know what living elsewhere is like, and they haven’t been brainwashed by our dis-education system.
Moving in on 1/4 of the population- won’t be long now.

Long live the Constitutional Republic. I love this country and it has been very good to me. It saddens me to watch native born folks trash the USA, not understanding just how good they have it.
America is a global empire, no different from Rome.
This is how you control an empire. You allow in everyone from the vast corners of your empire, and you make sure your values, currency and economic system overlay all of it. Your borders are not in Texas or Arizona, they are in Ukraine and Somalia, and you fight constant wars there. You have highly centralized control from Washington DC because an empire can’t be run with dispersed government.
FReepers need to realize this and decide what they want.

Demographic change is inevitable but unfortunately they bring their third world political attitudes with them. Together with our young home grown socialists we don’t stand a chance.
I believe it is a lot more. We have been claiming the same number of illegal aliens resident for forty years. I suspect the number is actually north of 40 million.
Democrats want to stop the process of assimilation by flooding the country with more people than can be Americanized.
More division - more destabilization - more ‘bowling alone’ (Putnam). More ‘stupid’.
