That’s true. In Texas you cannot have guns in a house where a convicted felon lives, at least from what was in the news.
Hence the grandfather used the Sgt. Schultz “I saw nothing, I know nothing” to avoid jail time.
Usually most states are like that I thought. Unless locked up with the legal owner the only one having the key.
