No, not really. What it pushed is Democrat political grandstanding. A whole lot of Democrats own guns. I’d say particularly in Texas.

Guns were already 100% banned at the school in question, not to mention at every other school that has had a mass shooting. It’s time to try something else, because gun control obviously isn’t working. How about allowing staff to be armed, and posting that fact on all entrances to each school, to give the cowardly shooters something to think about when contemplating their plans for attack?
Democrats need to take a stand...and turn in their guns.
