The 9-1-1 timeline indicts the Chief, as shots can apparently be heard on some of those calls coming from students inside the barricaded classroom from about 12:03 to about 12:47.

Similar crap happened in the Orlando Pulse nightclub massacre when a Muslim kook who was known to the FBI killed 49 homosexuals and/or encouragers of that deviant lifestyle.
The Orlando Police Chief and other political players (apparently) made a deal with the homosexual contingent and framed the whole event as a way to get positive PR for almost anything queer.
The OPD chief would not allow his officers to enter the building during the slaughter. But I suppose lots of merit badges were awarded.
Hopefully Governor Abbott will put this department under state control and fire all the “bystanders in blue”.
