So, where the hell are the treason charges?

We are not now or ever have been at war with Iran. I believe the last time we were at war with anybody was in 1945. There should be lots of crimes associated with this kind of thing, but treason is not one of them.

All that said, nobody is going to be punished for anything they did to undermine the diplomacy of the Trump administration, it’s how the deep state rolls.

I guess I didn’t know it had to be in a declared war.

Even so, there should be some sort of charge that applies to negotiating without the consent of the President.
