Not possible under Federal Law. The judge should be impeached for ruling to VIOLATE Federal law.

Our National Guard and our military may NOT be UNIONIZED. Under Military Law and under Federal Law.

They are up to making our Defense capabilities ruled by union bosses the Communists will control— the Chinese Communists.
