Fires on ships can be very ugly.
A metaphor for the current state of the cruise industry.
About 10 years ago a Carnival Cruise ship ran out of gas in the Gulf, got lost and was stranded for days. The guests ended up pooping and peeing in plastic bags.
Search the internet for “fights on Carnival Cruise”. Its better than “people of Walmart” photos.
The important thing is did everybody have their covid shot
If a Karen is triple-vaxxed AND double-boosted and is still running around in one or more masks, can she still die by fire?
Asking for a friend. ;)
Kind of a drag, actually. What you THINK will save you (except for Jesus of course) usually doesn’t, especially if you’re following, ‘Government Guidelines.’ *SMIRK*
Passenger asks “Which Part?”
Carnival answers “The important part...”
Egad.
I was sailing in the Grenadines some years ago with my wife and six of our friends on a sailboat we rented, and we had all gone ashore to a small island in our dinghy to have lunch.
At the place we were eating on the water, smoke started pouring out of the place.
We were watching this placidly from about 30 yards away, having drinks, when the thought occurred to me they might have propane tanks in that place, and I said “We should get out of here right now” and everyone had the same vision go through their heads...we all got up, went back to the dinghy and back to our anchored boat.
I had the same feeling watching those gawking passengers...
It’s the only way the cruise lines can get rid of that perpetual legionnaire’s disease...
Gets rid of the rona.
What a joke Carnival (the disease line) is.
Broken down at sea, diseases, not fires.
What sort of fool would get on board one? Plenty of other cruisers.
Wonder if that is the same kind of stack fire that is encountered with diesel locomotives?
