Well, I'll keep my mind and eyes open. If there truly were thousands of mules paid by dozens of handlers, the evidence is out there and will be exposed. I know the filmmakers are looking. That sort of thing would leave a trail a mile long.
One question - since they bought this geospatial data and can see where the supposed mules were going at all hours of the night - couldn't they be ID'd by the filmmakers based on where they live? They gotta sleep somewhere.

They are actually identifying a phone. Many of the drop boxes had no video, even though they were required to have video surveillance on every drop box.
