Looking at that map, I have to say I do not think it is that far out of whack. However the influencer is wrong in at least one case.
The California Republic will be under the control and/or influence of the Mexican Drug Cartels.
I also expect Washington, Oregon & Idaho to be part of North American Republic. With New Mexico & maybe Colorado part of The California Republic
Other than that they are pretty close to what I expect.
An additional thought says, a Texas Republic joining Mexico, could be a good thing. that just might bring forth on the southern half or this continent a nation that is free, vibrant, creative & industrious. Very similar to what the United States was in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
A new beginning for both Mexico & the former hated and despised Confederate States.

I don’t dispute the level of dysfunction and political corruption and the massive political divisions in the US.
Of course, Canada itself should have slid as much or more in any objective rankings. After all, Canada has similar dysfunction, corruption and political divisions. It also has a prime minister who seized bank accounts with no due process of law over an entirely peaceful protest against draconian lockdown policies. That such is possible in Canada and that there are no legal or political repercussions for him for doing so should show both foreign investors as well as Canadians themselves that their money is not safe in Canada. Not only is Canadian Democracy severely damaged, even the rule of law in Canada is severely compromised.
P.S. the whole world saw the Jackbooted Canadian thugs in uniform sent by the state to beat peaceful protestors and run over them with giant 1,000 pound+ horses.
