He could have just grabbed the east lightning quick, and some of the inhabitants might well have greeted him as a liberator. But instead he went for Kiev and everything in between because he really just wanted Dumbass, and all that talk about how Ukraine wasn’t a real country, and a failed state, and they’re really just all Russians who need to be de-Nazified so they could start restoring the glorious empire of Katherine the Great, was just talk.
