Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) is pushing for a minimum age of 21 for the purchase of “assault weapons” and “high capacity” magazines.

Feinstein’s office announced her push for a minimum purchase age, referring to the legislation as the Age 21 Act.

For context, when DiFi was 21, Eisenhower was president, the AR-15 was still about a decade out from being adopted as the Army’s service rifle, the Chinese spy who worked for her as a driver for years and was allowed to flee America without prosecution as a spy wasn’t yet born, and none of the myriad Alzheimers drugs that keep her vertical long enough each day to sign her name to press statements written by her staff had been invented yet.
