The article says he was a “Sniper Pilot” which is a title given to “expert” pilots and requires 10-12 years to obtain.
I’m not an authority on the subject, but suspect it might be the equivalent of a US Navy “Top Gun” graduate.
For what I know he was discharged in 2012 for bad conduct. The story is another fantasy.
