It apparently wasn't "Sir Robin", but rather "Sir Robert".

“I’d love to know what is going on.”

Someone made all of this up to fire up the loonies on the left.

It’s pretty simple. The court releases opinions when they are done, not before.

Roberts doesn’t get to decide. The Justices in the majority decide WHEN ... THEY ... ARE ... DONE.

From the leakers, we know that no other concurring or dissenting opinions had been circulated as of two weeks ago.

Those opinions take time to write. Until those opinions are circulated, the opinion isn’t ready to be released.

In face, the majority opinion would need to be tweaked to answer the dissents and concurring opinions.

The court will release it when it is ready, not before.

How come we don’t know the name of the leaker?

Here's what we know: If the leaker had been a conservative the New York Times and Washington Post would have run his name THE NEXT DAY on a front page headline above the fold.

Maybe they want to find the leaker before they release it? I crack myself up. They are never going to look for the leaker.

Breyer might do it to stick to Biden the Dems who essentially pushed him out. Just a thought.

This was not going to come out before June or July, why are we expecting anything less?

I would guess that the author of the majority opinion (Alito, I think) is making sure his argument is bulletproof.

Letting the “mostly peaceful protesters” get tired of this “outrage” and move on to the next.

Historically, the really HUGE cases are released at the end. The court pays close attention to how opinions and dissents are worded; God only knows which draft of the opinion was leaked and how many revisions to the opinion it has and will go through before release.

Going to uphold Roe.

That is the reason for the delay. They want to keep the cushy lifestyle.
