That's why they can't, or won't, see the parallels between abortion and slavery, i.e. you can't tell me what to do with my property (slaves).
I think a lot of pro-abortion folks are really just angry at their parents or some family member they feel hurt them or kept them down; killing a member of the family is revenge. Their actions on behalf of their “cause” look like someone striking out in blind, incoherent rage instead of reasoned, justified protest. (That’s why I always advise folks to politely avoid them - any kind of interaction, even if it’s compassionate, provokes a rageful response. It’s like a snowball of hate that just keeps getting bigger and bigger.)
Mr K (not the one on this forum) has tried to put into practice my advice to consistently be nice and polite to females, even ones who are angry and unreasonable, even if they are verbally abusive.
He told me that subsequently he notes that nice gals pay more attention to him (he likes that a lot) and angry, crazy gals leave him alone. He changed how he treats women and now he is treated better by women. (Although it’s kinda disturbing to hear him relate how many women make passes at him now. WAIT A MINUTE, LADIES!! HE’S NOT REALLY THAT NICE!!)
All joking aside, however: Stopping the cycle of hate will lead to fewer unwanted pregnancies.
I’ve actually talked to people who compared the abortion situation to slavery - also one guy pointed out interesting similarities between this and “the children’s crusade” in the middle ages.

A great many of the children ended up being sold into slavery.
Suggesting to an upset, frightened, angry person that the fetus is her “property” to dispose of as she wishes (whether it’s a person or not) has been very effective in helping the Planned Parenthood sellers of dead baby parts become rich beyond their wildest imaginings.
Of course, if was actually true that your fetus is yours to do whatever you want with, then Planned Parenthood would be paying the mom who aborts her kid for the parts and the moms of dead babies would also be rich. BUT THAT’S AGAINST THE LAW!!! lol
