Ukrainian first lady Olena Zelenska appeared alongside her husband, President Volodymyr Zelensky, for a rare television interview in which she spoke about the family’s experience during Moscow’s invasion of their country.
“Our family was torn apart, as every other Ukrainian family,” Zelenska said in an interview on Ukrainian television network ICTV, according to The Washington Post.
“He lives at his job. We didn’t see him at all for two and a half months,” she also said of Zelensky who has led the country as a wartime president. She added that she was “grateful” for the interview as time to spend with her husband.

Now that the $40 bill was signed, Zelensky suddenly wants peace. Sounds like his retirement and exit plan and terms were agreed to.
Thanks for the input Putin
Exactly! Her husband is still alive - many Ukrainians aren’t. If she didn’t see her husband it was by choice - other mothers and kids had no choice.
Yeah……that’s the plan.
Ever wonder if you think more evil than the people you’re saying are thinking evil?
Entire Cities are flatten.
If the money doesn’t go to the continued War effort, it will be to rebuild.
She’s sounds like another Ukrainian thief.
The Zelenskyy’s have a family, genius. It’s not just the two of them.
They have Children that left for safety, Grandparents, siblings, aunts and uncles, just like other normal people.
Your hatred and anger for being totally wrong about this War has given you blind rage.
She’s probably enjoying that $35 million home in Florida.
Tough times! Can you believe they had to get by on only 3 billion a month?
Yes because rolling around on the floor crying in the fetal position is better for Morale.
It was good optics. They’re smiling and doing arts and crafts.
Putin is having meetings with his losing Generals and looking like shit hanging on the the desk to speak.
I certainly hope some of that money goes toward rebuilding Ukraine, but frankly it’s too late for that too, as it looks like the Russians are doing that already, hence they’re seen as liberators. We need to start doing foreign policy more smartly. Tired of the uniparty nation building nonsense. I guess if we really hate the Ruskies we’ll wish them luck being nation builders.
Feel better?
That was an excellent comment.
I hate giving Ukraine cash and not weapons only.
But there just isn’t away around it.
The only plus for us is it will help sink this country deeper into a recession and the Democrats will own it for at least 2 or 3 election cycles. I hope.
“Scrapping for Victory!”
“Torn apart” - because the place we bought in Switzerland is so far from the one we bought in Paris.
Meh.
I don’t give a crap, deary. I’m sure your pole-smoking hubby’s cut of the $40 billion ripped from hard working Americans and sent to him will take the edge off your pain, you freakin’ drama queen. Ugh.
“Torn apart” the new term for “being orchestrated” by CIA.
His net worth more than quadroopled since he was elected. I am sorry, I have zero sympathy.
At least Putin isn’t begging us for money every 5 minutes to give some back to our corrupt politicians in D.C.
