A recent concert in St. Petersburg, Russia, became the site of yet another protest by Russian citizen's against the country's invasion of Ukraine.
In a video shared by the Twitter account, pinov-Rusia, a packed audience for the Russian band, Kis-Kis, can be heard engaging in deafening chants, seemingly in unison. According to the post, the crowd's chant was a message opposing Russian President Vladimir Putin's brutal and protracted invasion of its Eastern European neighbor.

“Let’s go Putin”?
A lot of people will support their country in a war at first. And Russia is far from a free country they made it clear protestors will be locked up.
And I think most of them like Putin.
But it’s hard to see why Russians would support a protracted war against Ukraine. To the extent they have an affinity for Ukrainians and consider many of them to be fellow Russians, common sense causes the question, why the hell are we fighting these people when they clearly don’t want us there?

It’s remarkable that despite a shortage of men, Putin let 100,000 conscripts demobilize on May 1st. He needs to keep pretending it is a minor military operation or his regime will be in jeopardy.
Nor would it have been allowed in Britain in WW2. I wasn’t talking about protests as much as whether the Russian people really support the war.
Oppressed people aren’t stupid and I’m sure they all discuss Putin’s health and the stories indicating the war is a disaster.

The hard fact of the matter is we are bankrupt country with national debt BIGGER than our GDP and climbing faster than a speeding bullet. We can not longer AFFORD to finance FOREIGN WARS. That $40,000,000,000 just sent to Ukraine adds $40,000,000,000 to national debt since US Treasury has no money.
