Morrison was akin the Bush wing of the Republican Party, he screwed over so many of his supporters they finally gave up on him, in this case it’s not that Labor won the election, it’s the conservatives didn’t show up to compete, thinking what difference it makes when both sides are the same for the most part.

The labor party is probably even more woke, left and crushing than the liberal party they just defeated. Just look at where the Covid lockdowns are most onerous in that country... it’s in the Labor controlled states.

Left and right is different in America. I always looked at it as a scale of %Government control. Left is 100%, right is 0%.

Queensland is led by Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk (ALP), South Australia Peter Malinauskas (ALP), Western Australia Mark McGowan (ALP), and Northern Territory Natasha Fyles (ALP). Only the states of New South Wales and Tasmania have Liberal (RINO) leaders.

Those brutal, crushing COVID lockdowns were done by socialist state governments in Australia. The federal government was constitutionally unable to stop them from doing it, but the federal government didn't impose a single lockdown anywhere and opposed nearly all lockdowns.
Morons who cannot understand the difference have helped put the party that imposed those lockdowns in some states, in power over the whole country now by allowing the wrong people to be blamed.
Those ‘brutal, crushing lockdowns’ were carried out by the LEFT State Governments. The Federal government in Australia had no jurisdiction over the various State Government Health directives.
