Former President Donald Trump criticized Fox News on Saturday, complaining the outlet will not "show or discuss" Dinesh D'Souza's documentary 2000 Mules concerning allegations of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election.
"Fox News is no longer Fox News," Trump posted on his TruthSocial account. "They won't even show or discuss the greatest & most impactful documentary of our time, "2000 Mules." The Radical Left Democrats are thrilled - They don't want the TRUTH to get out."
Trump's gripes echoed those of author and conservative political commentator D'Souza, who on Monday accused Fox and Newsmax for not providing coverage of his film.
The former president's assessment of Fox News came ahead of an event in Austin, Texas, on Saturday, where D'Souza was on the lineup to speak alongside Trump.
"Depressing to watch what has happened to Fox!" Trump said, calling for CNN to take the place of Fox News.
"CNN should go Conservative and take over the greatest, strongest, and most powerful BASE in U.S. history," he wrote. "Nobody is watching CNN's Fake News now so, as I say, what the hell have they got to lose? Sadly, they're too stupid to make the change!"
Earlier this week, D'Souza accused Tucker Carlson and Fox News of telling Catherine Engelbrect, his 2000 Mules partner and founder of the anti-vote fraud group True the Vote, to not talk about the film and claimed Newsmax was also "blocking coverage.

Why is FOX doing this? There must be a reason as it is so noticeable.
I have talked to more people who don’t keep up with this daily and just casually follow “news”, and they are really pissed about this.
Funny how the enemdia spent three years (2017-2019) pushing the Russian collusion hoax and never once called it a complaint or proclaimed there was no evidence.
Even though there was not.
I truly believe that a number of Fox personalities, including Tucker Carlson, are sincere in their conservative beliefs. But at some level, Fox operates as the “controlled opposition.” 2000 Mules is a direct hit on the legitimacy of Biden’s victory, and, by extension, the legitimacy of his administration. That’s clearly a bridge too far for Murdoch and company. Sad.
Well, they can’t stop distribution and people seeing it.
That explains why local Fox stations, like FOX7-Austin, have gone over to promoting Demonicrat talking points, disguised as "news."
Fox News is not your friend.
Fox News is controlled opposition at all levels.
The complaint part is that Fox News has a blackout on 2000 Mules.
That’s why I cut the cable. Fox-free for almost 2 years.
I cut the cable in May 1st.
I am paying for Newsmax currently. Sounds like I need to cut them off too.
I am still paying for OAN.
Tucker Carlson is the only thing I watch on Fox. Even he - as good as he is on a range of issues - has agreed not to mention that the 2020 presidential election was marked by massive fraud and was stolen. Fox clearly has told all of its employees that they may not discuss it....and apparently they aren’t allowed to discuss George Soros either.
Which is why I don’t trust Fox and refuse to watch anything but Tucker.
There are 5 channels I’ve blocked on my cable lineup:
CNN
MSNBC
MTV
FoxNews
Newsmax
I don’t get the reason for a blackout or blacklisting of talking about this.
Reason being, if this movie is full of holes, then it should be easy for the liberals to destroy the story of the election irregularities.
If they really want to suppress this movie, due to it being false/misleading/libelous, then they should be easily able to dismiss all of the evidence presented in the film.
In such case, why wouldn’t the liberals want to destroy this movie and destroy the credibility of Dinesh D’Souza???

Rupert Murdoch handed over Fox News to his sons around four years ago.
The sons are spoilt, uber-lefties. Ditto for their wives. When Biden was declared winner, one of the wives tweeted "We did it!"
In other words it is a business decision.
I think if other networks took the Doc seriously, Fox would have a response.
FOX has ALWAYS been afraid of the election fraud story. I remember Jenine Piro launching into a near-hysterical diatribe about how Donald Trump lost fair and square, with no question of fraud whatsoever.
