Mesa County District Attorney Dan Rubinstein looked into an election report that was prepared for Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters’ legal team, which claimed it found evidence of “potentially unauthorized and illegal manipulation of tabulated vote data” for elections in 2020 and 2021.
The report, named Report #3, claims Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold was involved in deleting tens of thousands of voting records.

The investigation found no evidence that indicated any outside interference with the election and found evidence that “specifically contradicted” that ballots could have been preloaded, as the report claimed.

Rubinstein began prosecuting juvenile and sexual assault cases in January of 2000. On July 31, 2002 he left the district attorney's office with Tammy Eret, and Rich Tuttle, two fellow prosecutors, and opened the law firm Tuttle, Eret and Rubinstein, LLC. On January 12, 2005, after 2 1/2 years in private practice, he and his partners shut down the law firm to accept positions back with the district attorney's office when Pete Hautzinger, (R) was elected to replace Frank Daniels. Rubinstein was appointed the Chief Deputy District Attorney in charge of county court and the drug division.
In 2005, Rubinstein became the co-chair of the Mesa County Methamphetamine Task force and was primarily responsible in 2007 for designing Summit View, a government-funded drug treatment program which can be used in place of the jail for pre-trial inmates. Summit View was constructed as a jail alternative and approximately half the cost.
Rubinstein's extensive work in drug prosecution and innovative ways to handle the drug problem in Mesa County, Colorado earned him an appointment to the State Methamphetamine Task Force, and the State Drug Policy Task Force, as a subcommittee of the Colorado Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice. Rubinstein also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Colorado from December, 2006 until January of 2012.
In 2013, Rubinstein took over as Chief Deputy District Attorney in charge of the crime against children unit.
On October 16, 2015, Rubinstein was appointed to be the district attorney by Governor John Hickenlooper (D) to be the District Attorney after his boss, Hautzinger, resigned from office to take a job with the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Colorado.
Colorado is one of the dirtiest of the vote-rigging states, and they could care less who knows it.
“Colorado leads the nation in election security and will continue to do so through legislation like the Colorado Election Security Act which protects against officials, who serve in public trust, from jeopardizing the state’s election security from within to prove conspiracies.”
In other words, tell the public that you found any evidence of election fraud, and we will lock YOU up just like Tina Peters.
Cheatlorado is one of the dirtiest of the vote rigging states.
She backed up the data in the voting machines when she was told they were coming to wipe them.

The DA should have watched Mike Lindell’s webinar where the evidence of deleted voting records was publicly exposed. The voting machine hard drive image captured before Dominion reimaged the drive showed all the files of the 2020 election in place. The image of the same drive after the reimage was ordered by Jenna Griswald’s office showed the files that were legally required to be retained for 22 months were gone.

Nowadays I am little inclined to believe what government officials have to say regarding elections.

Rubenstein is a commie ‘RAT and should recuse himself from this action because of his personal interest in this fraud. Of course there was no ‘RAT fraud going on in the election. Why? Because the Head ‘RAT said so, that’s why.
